2. Introduction

SolCraft ("we", "us", or "our") operates the SolCraft platform available at solcraft.app and as an Android application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our services, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Portuguese law.

3. Information We Collect

Wallet Addresses: When you connect a Solana wallet, we process your public wallet address to enable on-chain operations. We never have access to your private keys or seed phrases.

On-Chain Data: We read publicly available blockchain data (token balances, transaction history, metadata) to provide our services.

Usage Data: We may collect anonymous usage statistics (page views, feature usage) to improve the platform. No personally identifiable information is collected without your consent.

Email Addresses: If you voluntarily submit your email (e.g. for support), we store it solely for the stated purpose and do not sell it to third parties.

4. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR Art. 6)

We process your data on the following legal bases:

Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b)): Processing wallet addresses and on-chain data is necessary to provide the services you request.

Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): Anonymous usage statistics to improve platform stability and performance.

Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): Email communications and non-essential data processing, where you have given explicit consent.

5. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to: provide and operate the SolCraft platform; process on-chain transactions you initiate; respond to support requests; improve platform features and user experience; send service-related communications (only with your consent).

6. Data Retention

Wallet addresses and on-chain data: retained as long as necessary to provide the service, or until you request deletion.

Email addresses: retained until you request deletion or withdraw consent.

Anonymous usage statistics: retained for up to 24 months, then deleted.

Note: We cannot delete data recorded on the Solana blockchain, as it is a public, immutable ledger.

7. Data Storage and Security

SolCraft does not store private keys, seed phrases, or wallet passwords. On-chain data is publicly available on the Solana blockchain. Email addresses are stored securely on servers within the European Union and never shared with third parties. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect any data we store.

8. Third-Party Services and International Transfers

Our platform integrates with third-party services. Some may process data outside the EU:

Helius (Solana RPC, USA) - Solana blockchain access

Jupiter (DEX aggregator) - token swap routing

Raydium (liquidity pools) - on-chain liquidity

Metaplex (token metadata) - NFT/token metadata

Pinata (IPFS storage, USA) - token logo storage

Sentry (error monitoring, USA) - error tracking

For transfers to the USA, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where applicable. Each service has its own privacy policy.

9. Blockchain Transparency

All transactions you initiate through SolCraft are recorded on the Solana blockchain, which is a public ledger. Once submitted, transactions cannot be deleted or modified. By using SolCraft, you understand that your wallet address and transaction history are publicly visible on the blockchain.

10. Your Rights (GDPR Art. 15-22)

Under GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Right of access (Art. 15): Request a copy of personal data we hold about you.

Right to rectification (Art. 16): Request correction of inaccurate data.

Right to erasure (Art. 17): Request deletion of your personal data (where applicable).

Right to restriction (Art. 18): Request restriction of processing in certain circumstances.

Right to data portability (Art. 20): Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.

Right to object (Art. 21): Object to processing based on legitimate interests.

Right to withdraw consent: Withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing.
