Terms of Service

By accessing or using SolCraft ("the Platform"), available at solcraft.app and as an Android application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

These Terms are provided in English. The language of the contractual relationship is English.

SolCraft provides tools for creating, managing, and analyzing Solana tokens. Services include: token creation (SPL and Token-2022); token management tools (burn, airdrop, locker, multisender); liquidity pool creation via Raydium; token analytics (Health Score, Trust Score, Proof of Build); AI-powered analysis tools; marketplace for token-related services.

You must be at least 18 years old to use SolCraft. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. SolCraft is not available in jurisdictions where cryptocurrency services are prohibited.

SolCraft is a non-custodial platform. We never hold, store, or have access to your private keys or funds.

All transactions are executed on the Solana blockchain and are irreversible once confirmed. You are solely responsible for verifying transaction details before signing.

SolCraft charges service fees for certain operations (token creation, metadata updates, etc.). Fees are displayed before you sign any transaction. Network fees (gas) are separate and paid to the Solana network.

For digital services that are performed immediately upon your request and with your prior consent, the right of withdrawal is excluded in accordance with Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

By initiating a blockchain transaction and signing it with your wallet, you explicitly request immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal does not apply once the transaction is submitted to the Solana network.

You agree not to use SolCraft to: create tokens intended to defraud, scam, or mislead investors (rug pulls, honeypots); impersonate existing projects or individuals; violate any applicable laws or regulations; attempt to manipulate, hack, or disrupt the Platform or Solana network; create tokens that violate intellectual property rights of others.

Cryptocurrency and DeFi involve significant risks. Token values can go to zero. Smart contracts may contain bugs. You use SolCraft at your own risk. SolCraft does not provide financial, investment, or legal advice. Past performance of tokens is not indicative of future results. Always do your own research (DYOR) before investing in any token.

The SolCraft platform, including its code, design, and content, is owned by MEDICORE, LDA and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any tokens you create using the Platform. By uploading content (e.g. token logos), you grant SolCraft a non-exclusive license to display it within the Platform.

SolCraft is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from blockchain network issues, wallet software bugs, or third-party service failures.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SolCraft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of funds, loss of profits, or data loss, arising from your use of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, as required by applicable law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in your country of residence.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vila Nova de Gaia, Portugal, unless mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page.
